Lewis and Clark Caverns State Park is one of the best known parks in the entire state of Montana, not to mention the first! There is a 40 space campground as well as three camping cabins, a tipi and picnic sites along with plenty of firewood to enjoy an evening sitting around the campfire. Flush and vault toilets are available at the park as well as showers. There is also a group use area along with a RV dump station. A public phone is available for use as well. Visitors may also take advantage of the presence of a food and beverage as well as gift concession.
Lewis and Clark National Park cabins are completely handicapped accessible and are able to comfortably sleep four people, with maximum occupancy of up to six people. The cabins feature a set of bunk beds along with a double bed and space for a cot. Bring your camp stove and sleeping bag and get ready for a truly authentic Montana experience camping in this gorgeous park. Shower facilities are situated just twenty feet away.
Lewis and Clark Park is open all year. Guided tours are available on a daily basis between the beginning of May and the end of September. A visitor center is available onsite as well as interpretive displays and evening programs throughout the summer months.
